What we collect & why (lawful bases)

  • Identity & contact data (name, address, email, phone) to process orders, deliveries, support (Art. 6(1)(b) contract).

  • Payment data (tokenized by providers) for transactions (Art. 6(1)(b)).

  • Order, device & usage data (cookies, IP, analytics) to secure our site, prevent fraud, and improve performance (Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest).

  • Marketing preferences (email opt-in, ad cookies) for newsletters/ads (Art. 6(1)(a) consent).

  • B2B verification data (company, VAT, resale info) to provide wholesale terms (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Minors

We do not target or knowingly sell to minors and do not permit purchases by persons under 18. For online services that rely on consent, Sweden sets the digital consent age at 13; below that, parental consent is required for consent-based processing.

Retention

We keep order data for 7 years for accounting/tax; marketing data until you withdraw consent or after defined inactivity; logs/security data per risk and necessity.

Sharing & Transfers

We use processors for hosting (Shopify or equivalent), payments (Klarna/Stripe/PayPal), shipping, CRM/email (Sender.net or equivalent), analytics/ads (Google/Meta/TikTok). Some processing may occur outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards.

Security

We implement technical/organizational measures: encrypted transport (TLS), least-privilege access, MFA for admin, secure development and vendor review.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Measure performance (basic analytics, error monitoring).
