Shipping & Delivery
Processing: Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 24–48h.
Delivery estimates: Sweden 1–3 business days; EU 3–7; non-EU 7–14+ depending on customs.
Tracking: Provided when available.
Duties/Taxes: EU orders include VAT at checkout. Non-EU buyers pay local duties/taxes on arrival.
Restrictions: Certain carriers/regions may restrict transport of products containing ammonia; we’ll notify you if we cannot ship to your destination.
Damage/Loss: If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48h with photos; we’ll assist with a carrier claim and arrange a solution.
Undeliverable/Refused parcels: Shipping fees and any return costs may be deducted from refunds unless due to our error.
Returns & Refund Policy

Consumer withdrawals: 14 days, unopened products only (health/hygiene exception once opened). Refunds via original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return; we refund the product and the cheapest standard outbound shipping, not premium options.

Defects (reklamation): Contact us promptly (within 2 months of discovering the issue). Remedies per law: repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Return shipping: Customer pays for voluntary returns; we pay for approved claims/defects.

B2B: Returns only by prior written agreement (RMA).
